Regulation and Behavior

This course focuses on three elements: content knowledge, inquiry and other teaching strategies, and use of multimedia in teaching and learning. Course goals include:

• understanding the importance of homeostasis for living things
• exploring how in animals, physical traits and behaviors work together to promote homeostasis
• exploring how to use prediction as a learning tool
• examining ways to use the classroom environment to enhance student learning
• explaining the learning model used in this course.
